It was recorded as mentioned by Vandana and Savitha,[16] using transgingival probing (TGP) method. A UNC-15 probe and an electronic digital Vernier caliper were used to measure the GT-TGP. The gingival thickness (GT) was assessed 20 min after the anesthetic injection. However, in contrast to Vandana and Savitha,[16] dimensions obtained were not rounded off to the nearest millimeter [Figure 11a and ​andbb].
