SIRT1 deacetylase activity was quantified using the fluorometric SIRT1 assay kit (Sigma‐Aldrich) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Fluorescence intensity was monitored at an excitation wavelength of 355 nm and an emission wavelength of 450 nm, using a SpectraMax M5 microplate reader, and normalized by the amount of protein. The SIRT1 deacetylase activity of MY‐treated cells was represented as fold of the vehicle control group.
