Stock solutions of tetracyclines were diluted in dH2O to 50μM using an Evolution™ 300 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer (Thermo Scientific, Waltham, MA). To assess the photostability of the TCs, the aqueous solutions were irradiated for 70 min at 365 nm for 50 J/cm2.
