High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis of HAOs was performed on a BioBasic SE-120 column (5 µm, 7.8 × 300 mm). Na2SO4 aqueous solution (0.1 mol/L) was used as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The concentration of sample was 5 mg/mL, and the column temperature was kept at 35 °C.
