PRL levels in the conditioned media from decidualized ESCs were measured by an electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA; Elecsys, Roche Diagnostics, Switzerland) on the Roche Elecsys 2010 Immunoassay Analyzer (Roche Diagnostics, Switzerland). The minimum detection limit was 0.47 ng/ml.
