A study was carried in Borena Zone: Yabello Hospital, Moyale Hospital and Teltelle Health Center. Borena Zone is located in southern part of Ethiopia, 565 km from the capital of the country Addis Ababa, and bordering Kenya. A Zone has 2 hospitals and 14 health centers. The population size of the Zone is around 344,648, which majority of the population reside in rural areas comprising market centers and villages with individual homesteads. The climate of the area is arid; mean annual rain fall of 400–700 mm in two rainy seasons (March–May and June–August), and mean annual temperature ranging from 25°C to 37°C.
