Both of the proportion of double mutation and the proportion of combination mutation among ASC, CH and LC/HCC were compared using χ2 test for the statistical homogeneity among 3 groups and posthoc pairwise χ2 test with Bonferroni correction. p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. All data were analysed using JMP version 11 (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA).
