Magnetically isolated Ly6C+ cells (105) were cultured in 1:1 ratio with CellTrace-labeled CD4+CD25–Va2+ T cells isolated from OTII naive mice in the presence of OVA323–339 peptide (20 μg/ml, Caslo ApS). Cells were analyzed 4 days later.
