Wild-type adult zebrafish of the AB strain (Danio rerio) were raised and maintained in 14-h light/10-h dark cycle at 28.5 °C in an automatic control facility with continuous water flow (Tecniplast, China). Fertilized eggs were collected after natural spawning by removing the divider and turning on the lights. Then the eggs were kept at 28.5 °C in E3 medium before and after microinjection. Staging of zebrafish embryos was performed according to the time and morphological standard.
