90Y labeling of DOTA-Biotin was performed using 12mg/mL DOTA-Biotin, 500mM ammonium acetate pH 5.3 and 90Y heated for 60 minutes at 84°C. After cooling, 100mM DTPA was added and labeling efficiency determined using avidin-agarose beads.
