The human gastric cell line SGC7901 and the human gastric mucosal epithelial cell line GES-1 were purchased from the Shanghai Institute of Cell Biology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China), and they were cultured in DMEM (Gibco, USA). HUVECs (Shanghai Gefan Biotechnology) were cultured in F12K medium (Gibco, USA). Both of the basal culture media above were supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS, Gibco, USA) and 1% penicillin and streptomycin. Cells were incubated in a humidified incubator at 37°C with 5% CO2.
