Tumor cells were plated at 1.0×104 (except B16 cells, which were plated at 5×103) cells per well in 96-well plates and infected with indicated viruses the next day at different MOIs. Cell viability was determined at 48 hours after infection using CellTiter 96 Aqueous Nonradioactive Cell Proliferation Assay (Promega, Madison, Mississippi) or Cell Counting Kit-8 (Boster Biological Technology, Pleasanton, California).
