5000 cells were seeded in the 96-well plate and incubated for 0 h, 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. Cell proliferation rate was assessed through measuring optical density at 450 nm by adding the CCK-8 reagent (cat # C0037, Beyotime) to each well and further incubated for 4 h.
