The inclusion and exclusion criteria are as follows.
The inclusion criteria:
➢ Diagnosis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM)
➢ No surgical contraindications
➢ Willing to receive surgery
➢ Willing to take part in our study
The exclusion criteria:
➢ Other diseases in cervical vertebra (trauma, tumor, infection)
➢ Age < 18
