All proteins were collected from cells at 70%‐80% confluency in 6‐well plates. A total of 30 µg protein per lane was resolved on 12% acrylamide gels and transferred onto Hybond ECL membranes (GE Healthcare UK). Primary antibodies and their dilution ratios are listed in Table S1. All experiments were performed in triplicate.
