The study was performed in compliance with good clinical practice guidelines and the Declaration of Helsinki. The protocol was approved by the Research and Ethics Committees of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Beijing Ditan Hospital, and the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine. All subjects provided written informed consent. A list of donors with their details and isolated antibodies is in Table 1.
