The amorphous state and phase composition of the Mg66Zn29Ca5 BMG samples with different surface roughness were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) using a D8AXRD X-ray diffractometer (Bruker, Karlsruhe, Germany) with monochromatic Cu Ka radiation.
