Transwell assay was used to detect the migration A549 and H1299 cells. 2 × 104 cells suspended in serum-free medium were seeded into Transwell chamber’ upper chamber, and 600 µL medium containing 20% FBS were added into the lower chamber, and cultured at 37°C. After 12 hrs, the cells failing to migrate were removed, and the migrated cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and stained with 0.1% crystal violet. After washing and drying, the migrated cells were photographed and counted.
