A density of 4 × 105 cells/well of PC‐3 or DU145 cells were seeded in six‐well culture dishes and incubated with 2.5 μm 5‐azacytidine (5‐AzaC; Sigma‐Aldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA). After 72‐h treatment, cells were collected for bisulfite sequencing PCR (BSP) and further in vitro experiments.
