Transfected ovarian cancer cells were seeded into 96-well plates overnight followed by incubation with different concentrations of cisplatin for 48 h. Subsequently, 20 μL MTT reagent (Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO) (5 mg/mL) was added to the culture medium and the cells were incubated for 4 h at 37°C in a humidified incubator with 5% CO2. The absorbance value of each well was determined at 570 nm by using a microplate reader (Sunrise Microplate Reader, Tecan, Mannedorf, Switzerland). Relative cell viability in the experimental groups was normalized to the NCO group.
