Cell viability was determined by CCK-8. The transfected cells were seeded into 96-well plates at 5×103 cells/well, and incubated for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h with 5% CO2 at 37°C. Next, CCK-8 reagent was added into the wells containing treated cells and cultured for another 2 h. The absorbance was measured at OD 450 nm using a microplate (Model 680, Bio-Rad, Hercules, CA, USA).
