Trimera mice were challenged with subcutaneously (s.c.) injection of 1 × 106 U251 cells into the left flank to induce primary tumor model.
After 10 days, Trimera mice were injected i.v. of 1× 107 lymphocytes.
Control mice received the same volume of PBS. The tumor volume and mean lifespan of mice were observed. Tumor volume was measured in two dimensions and calculated as follows: length/2 × width2.
