Bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis mice model

For induction of pulmonary fibrosis, the mice were injected intranasally with bleomycin (Sulfate of Bleomycin, Meizle Biopharma), at a dose of 3 mg/Kg or with PBS as control, as previously described [30].
