Statistical analyses were performed using STATA 15.0 software. Continuous numerical variables obeying normal distributions in the three groups were further analyzed by ANOVA, and an intergroup comparison was conducted using a Scheff test. Paired t-tests were performed within each group before and after treatment. Categorical variables were analyzed by the chi-square test or Fisher’s exact test, with the significance level set at 0.05.
