Human non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLS) cells A549 and H1299 cells were obtained from American Type Culture Collection (Manassas, VA, USA). A549 cells were cultured with DMEM-low medium containing 10% inactivated fetal bovine serum (FBS) and 1% penicillin-streptomycin. Cells were incubated at 37 °C in 5% CO2 conditions.
