Sera were pooled from 4 mice, and 1 mL of the pooled serum was separated by size-exclusion chromatography on a Superdex 200 Increase 10/300 GL column (GE Healthcare Life Sciences). Samples were processed at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min in PBS with 1.5 mM EDTA. The eluate was collected as 1-mL fractions, snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored at −80 °C until analysis.
