The novel magnetic field generator (Fig. 4) was developed by our group in collaboration with the Electrical Engineering College of Chongqing University [20, 21]. We used the 3D CAD image to show the magnet arrangement of the uniform magnetic field. The XOY plane distribution and 3D distribution of the magnetic field in the region of interest were displayed. The distribution of PEI-SPION-NPs in different magnetic fields was observed, and a non-uniform magnetic field (96-well Nd-Fe-B permanent plate) was used as a control.
