Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase (G6PD) is a cytosolic enzyme and leaks from cells when plasma membrane integrity is compromised (23). We measured G6PD in the basolateral conditioned media using the Vybrant Cytotoxicity Assay Kit (V23111; Thermo Fisher Scientific).
