Gentamicin Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC)

Agar dilution MIC assays using Muller-Hinton Broth agar were performed as described (Wiegand et al., 2008), with the modification that gentamicin concentrations were varied by 0.1 to 0.3 mg/L for quantitative MICs and by 50–100 mg/L for strains containing aacC1 cassettes.
