Establish xenograft tumor model

Female BALB/c nude mice that were 6 to 8 weeks of age were purchased from the Center for Animal Experiments of Fujian Medical University. Cells (2×10⁶) were suspended in 0.2 mL serum-free DMEM and injected into the right axillary fossa of each mouse. Tumor size was calculated using the formula V =width²× length/2. At the end of the experiment, the tumors were harvested and weighed. The experimental animal protocols were approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of Fujian Medical University.
