Differentiation of GD iPSC-MSC to osteoblasts

iPSC-derived MSC were seeded on culture plates at 2 ×10⁴ cells/cm²) in MSC media. A day after seeding, cells were cultured in osteoblast differentiation media [MSC media supplemented with 10 mM beta-glycerophosphate (Sigma), 100 µM dexamethasone (Sigma) and 50 μg/ml ascorbic acid (Sigma)]. Media was changed every other day and cells were passaged upon attaining 90% confluency. The cells were cultured in osteoblast media for 3–4 weeks.
