MGC-803 and SGC-7901 cells were plated in 96-well plates with a density of 2000 cells per well and cultured for 48 hours. Subsequently, cells were incubated with MTT for 4 hours and removed from the medium. Then, cells were washed with PBS twice. MTT was then extracted by 150 μL DMSO, and the absorbance value at a wavelength of 570 nm was quantified.
