Prostaglandin production assessment

The production of PGI2 was assessed by measuring 6-Keto PGF1α using an ELISA Kit (No. 515211; Cayman Chemical Company, Ann Arbor, MI) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Thromboxane A2 was assessed by measuring thromboxane B2 using an ELISA Kit (No. 501020; Cayman Chemical). PGE2 was also measured with an ELISA Kit (514,010; Cayman Chemical).
