After 24 h of transfection, the cell viability of NSCLC cells was assessed by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) (Beyotime Biotechnology) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. NSCLC cells (6.0 × 103 cells/well) were cultured in 96-well plates and CCK-8 solution (10 μl) was added to each well of the plates. After incubation for 4 h at 37°C, the absorbance of each well was measured at 450 nm on a microplate reader. The relative viability of the cells was calculated using the following formula: relative viability = [(experimental OD − blank OD)/( control OD − blank OD)] × 100%.
