Relative primary gross volume (RGTVp) was defined as GTVp divided by body volume. Relative primary gross volume for lymph nodes (RGTVnd) was defined as GTVnd divided by body volume. Body volume = 1.015W − 4.937 (where W is the patient's weight before treatment).[11]
