HUVEC, H9C2, PC12, MCF-7, and MCF-7/ADR cells are from the Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. MCF-7, MCF-7/ADR cells were grown in RPMI 1640 medium; other cells were grown in DMEM medium. All the cells supplemented with 10% (v/v) FBS and cultured in a humidified 5% CO2 incubator at 37 °C.
