The cells were cultured in a low-cell adhesion plate for 7 days followed by LCSC ball collection. Cells were washed with normal saline, triturated gently and prepared into a single cell suspension, followed by cell counting. A total of 2 × 106 cells were re-suspended in 50 μL normal saline, mixed with 50 μL Matrigel Matrix (1: 1), and inoculated into the subcutaneous tissue of NOD-SCID mice with 8 mice in each group. Two weeks later, the volume and size of the tumor were observed and recorded.
