Kd values were determined by biolayer interferometry using the Octet RED instrument (FortéBio, Inc.). The Kon and Koff values of each E2 and IgG combination were measured in real time to determine Kd values that were calculated from a 1:1 global fitting model. All binding data were collected at 30 °C.
