Data were analysed in GraphPad PRISM 6 as maximum‐minimum values normalized against the background average. pEC50 values were determined using a four‐parameter curve fitting equation, and statistical comparisons were performed using unpaired t‐test with Welch's correction (*P < .05; **P < .01).
