Statistical analyses of the alpha-diversity indices, fatty acids compositions, and FAAs compositions were tested using the general linear models (GLM) procedure in SAS software. Differences among means were tested using Tukey’s test, and differences were considered significant at P < 0.05. Correlations between bacterial taxa and fatty acids or FAAs were calculated by non-parametric Spearman’s rank correlation analysis using JMP version 10 (SAS Inst. Inc., Cary, NC, United States). The microbiota data were analyzed on the free online platform of Majorbio I-Sanger Cloud Platform 4.
