A racemic ketamine or NaCl 0.90% w/v bolus dose was administered over 10 min (0.26 mg/kg), followed immediately by a constant infusion lasting 60 min (0.65 mg/kg), using an Imed Gemini PC-1 pump. The ketamine dose is consistent with previous studies (Krystal et al., 1999; Morgan et al., 2004; Lazarewicz et al., 2009; Kaser et al., 2013).
