TOP/FOP-FLASH assay was performed as reported elsewhere [13]. Briefly, transfected MG63 cells in each group were incubated with mixture containing serum-free DMEM (20 $μ$ L), $β$ -catenin expression vector (1.5 $μ$ g), TCF4 expression vector (0.15 $μ$ g) and Renilla luciferase vector phRG-TK (0.8 ng). 24 h later, luciferase activity was measured by luminometer.
