Visual Analogue Score (VAS) for headache: VAS assessed at 24 hours after injection.

Secondary outcomes:

Visual Analogue Score (VAS) for headache: VAS was assessed at the baseline before injection, 1 hour, 6 hours, and 12 hours, after injection during rest.

The need for rescue analgesia (the frequency of patients who requested additional analgesic). In patients with VAS more than 3, rescue analgesic in the form of ketorolac 30 mg was taken intramuscular up to 120 mg max per day.

Time to 1st rescue analgesia.
