All routine statistical analyses were performed in R v3.4.0, Python 3.6.1, or JMP Pro13, while multivariate analyses were performed with PC-ORD v6. Graphing was performed in IPython notebook with matplotlib, seaborn, pandas, and numpy packages. All pairwise comparisons were done using the Kruskal-Wallis nonparametric method, with Dunn's nonparametric multiple comparisons run post hoc using Bonferroni's correction.
