To determine the protein stability, cycloheximide chase experiments were performed, where cells were treated with cycloheximide (100 μg/ml) and harvested at indicated time point thereafter using lysis buffer. Further, the stability of the indicated proteins was determined by Western blot analysis as described elsewhere.
