The cells were placed in the upper matrigel-coated transwell chambers (8 μm pore) (Corning), and the lower chamber containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) media. The invasion assay was performed following the manufacturer’s instructions. The stained cells were obtained under a light microscope (Olympus, Tokyo, Japan).
