EZ‐Magna ChIP™ Kit (Millipore, Billerica, USA) was used for ChIP‐qPCR assay. The anti‐HMGA2 antibody (8 μg; Abcam, Cambridge, USA) and anti‐IgG antibody (8 μg; Sigma, St. Louis, USA) were used to precipitate the chromatin. The ChIP was performed under the guidance of the manufacturer's instruction. The ChIP‐qPCR primers are listed in Table S2 (Sangon, Shanghai, China).
