Co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) assay

For co-IP studies, cells were lysed with IP lysis buffer. A total of 2 μg PKM2 or Bcl-2 antibody as well as IgG (rabbit) was then incubated with cell lysate to pull down the PKM2 or Bcl-2 protein. After washing with PBS five times, cells were denatured at 100°C for 30 minutes and then separated by 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Bcl-2 or PKM2 antibody was used to check the interaction between PKM2 or Bcl-2.
