In microbiology, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) is the lowest concentration of a chemical that prevents visible growth of a bacterium. Broth micro dilution was used for determination of MIC) against three antibiotic pure powder: gentamicin ceftriaxone, vancomycinin sterile flat-bottom 96-well polystyrene plates [22].
