This study was conducted after approval by the Ethic Committee of Chinese PLA General Hospital, and written informed consent was obtained from each patient. Tissue samples including tumor tissues and adjacent tissues of cancer were obtained from a total of 28 patients who had undergone surgical resection and confirmed the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer by postoperative pathology between December 2016 and March 2017 in Chinese PLA General Hospital, Beijing, People’s Republic of China. All the tissues were put into liquid nitrogen for frozen immediately after resection and stored at −80°C for RT-PCR analysis and Western blot.
